Overview

When you attempt to open your Delta ACD site you receive the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Solution

This indicates a serious issue with your site that must be addressed by our Professional Services Team. Please open a Support request and provide the URL you are trying to connect to and a screenshot to help the team understand and resolve your issue quickly.

This is a Sev-1 condition. Follow the process described in the VoltDelta - North America Routing Table to elevate the issue to the Professional Services Team after confirming that the URL provided by the customer is returning an error.
