Overview

Your operators are unable to dial into scheme equipment. 

When operators attempt to dial out to equipment error message appears:

Dial out failed.

This results in being unable to open doors, safes for the emergency services.

Solution

Before contacting our Support Team, please make sure you have configured the device correctly in CRM. Often times the root cause of this error is related to the device's configuration.

The known occurrences of such issues were related to the device configuration in CRM. If the customer confirms the device configuration is correct, escalate the issue as per the Routing Table.
