Overview

You have noticed that ITRS (Irish Text Relay Service) calls made for a Minicom device are misclassified as V18 Calls.  To investigate this further, you would like to have a report that identifies all ITRS calls made from a Minicom device that have been misclassified as a V18 call.

There is no easy way to identify when an ITRS call using a minicom device is misclassified as a V18 call so there is no current report for this.  If you would like to have this report created, we can engage the Volt Delta UK Professional Services team as a paid engagement since this is a custom request.
