User Unable to take Concurrent Telecare calls

Overview

You would like users to be able to take concurrent Telecare calls in Smartstation and believe you have configured a user to be able to take concurrent Telecare calls.  When there are multiple calls, the option to take a concurrent call is not available to the configured user.

Information

In order to enable support for concurrent calls, you would need to configure Call Parking on the Call Distribution Server(CDS).  Call Parking however is not currently supported for Telecare calls, so users should not be configured to handle concurrent calls.
