Why am I not receiving email reports for my Standard Report subscriptions?

Overview

You are not receiving emails for Standard Reports (User Sessions Daily Summary Report) subscriptions. You have already added the users' email addresses to the subscription list for the report and set the schedule for receiving the report, yet Standard Report subscriptions are still not being received.

Solution

  1. Please confirm the reports are not being sent to your SPAM folder. If so, whitelist the following email addresses to receive the reports: noreply@oasisoncall.net, noreply@vdihosting.net.
  2. Confirm the user's emails are included in the "Email To:" field in the report delivery options for that subscription.

  3. Confirm the schedule is correct for the days/times you were expecting the missing reports for:

  4. If none of the above steps resolve your issue, please create a support ticket and provide the name of reports/subscriptions not being received and a snapshot of any previous emails you've received of this report.
