Disabling or Enabling "Case Overview by Account" Reports

Overview

You want some specific VoltDelta "Case Overview by Account" reports to be enabled or disabled and stopped.

You may also want the reports canceled and or deleted.

 

Solution

Please raise a support ticket and include with it the following information: 

  • The exact name of the report(s) that needs to be enabled or disabled
  • Desired target state of each report

Follow the steps given below to fulfill the request for each report:

  1. Login to 172.31.13.113 using Remote Desktop Protocol and HSEU domain credentials (VD Domain Controller, i.e.: HSEU\FirstName.SecondName).
  2. While in the MSRSS server via RDP: Open any browser (in RDP session), and navigate to: http://uk2-o11-lds365a/Reports/browse/
  3. Choose the appropriate customer name
  4. Change View to List (top right).
  5. Choose CustomReports.
  6. Search for the report name you are looking for.
  7. Right-click on the report, choose Manage
  8. Under Subscriptions, click the checkbox next to the subscription, and choose the desired selection (e.g. "Disable")
  9. Take a proof screenshot for the internal note of the result, as a self-check and in case customer will ask for it:mceclip0.png

Inform the customer that you successfully completed the request and explicitly state the new status of each report.
