Overview
You have a report that you have been receiving from Oasis CRM365 and would like to stop receiving this report as of a certain date.
Solution
To stop receiving an Oasis CRM365 report as of a certain date, please open a Volt Delta UK Support Ticket with the following information:
- The full name of the report
- The date on which the article will send its last report

To change the schedule of a report so its schedule will end on a given date, please do the following:

Log into the Appello Oasis Management Portal on Dynamics CRM 365.

Click on the Down Arrow after the section name in the top menu bar to display the sub-menu.

In the sub-menu Navigate to Sales > Tools >Reports.

In the Search for records field (found in the upper right-hand corner), enter the name of the report and then click on the magnifying glass.

In the search results, click on the column in front of the report name to select it and then click on the Schedule Report button in the top menu bar.

Click the Next button twice to get to the Select Start and End Dates screen

Select the End on: radio button and enter the end date provided by the customer.

Click the Next button until you get to the Review Snapshot Definition screen and click the Update button to save the changes.
