Overview
You might face problems across all sites when some specific lines are not working at all and you are unable to receive calls from emergency services.

Most probably this is an issue with CDS server and our infrastructure team will fix it.
Please create a support ticket (if you have not already done so) and provide numbers that are not calling in. The support team will get back to you as soon as they are able to get any information or solution.

When the client creates a support ticket, ask them to provide call numbers (if they have not already provided) and escalate the issue to the BU VDI Support skype group.
In a similar case earlier, it was an issue with one of the 10.3 CDS servers, and many spans were down. The BU team should bring them back to service. Once they do this, inform the customer that service is up again.
