A call that has a Call-End Reason of Call Abandoned even though the call destination responded with a DESTINATION_OUT_OF_ORDER.  You expect the Call-End Reason to better reflect the response provided by the call destination.

The Call-End Reason of Call Abandoned can be assigned even though the call destination responded with a DESTINATION_OUT_OF_ORDER, when the call from the device is assigned a classification of AutoAnsweredNormal and goes through AutoAnswer processing.

The use of the AutoAnswerNormal classification for calls that were not auto answered because they failed or were abandoned is expected behavior in OASIS.
