Why is my call data not matching my phone provider's records

Overview

The call data from your phone provider isn't matching those from the Oasis_UMIS database report, for the same calls. This could manifest as duplicate call records or as a call detail record missing from either UMIS or the phone provider's records

Solution

This might have happened due to the known SBC bug, fixed in version 3.9.0-436. To verify whether this is the root cause and solve the issue, please submit a support ticket with the list of calls (per day) that are not correct, and the table you use in SQL or the report SQL itself.
