Overview
You may notice that a certain user cannot open the FMB application, as it closes shortly after opening. You may have already attempted a reinstall, without positive results.
Solution
- Check if there is Antivirus software on the workstation that is preventing the application from opening.
- Try rebooting the workstation to check if the issue persists.
- Try recreating the user and see if the issue is resolved.
- Try logging in to FMB with the same user from another workstation.
- If the issue still persists, please create a support ticket and provide the username and FMB logs from the workstation so that we can investigate this further.
