Overview

After moving your MSP device, it is no longer starting.  After substituting a DIMM from a working device, the MSP is able to start up and you require a replacement DIMM for your MSP device from Volt Delta UK.

Information

Volt Delta UK no longer provides Hardware support by providing replacement parts like a DIMM for a Dialogic MSP device.  If you need to repair your Dialogic MSP due to a failed DIMM, you can purchase a replacement DIMM from any vendor as long as it meets Dialogic's Memory DIMM replacement guidelines for the MSP model that you own.
