You notice that Parked calls are not presented to any Operators. You would like to know why.

 


Information

Parked calls are not presented to Operators to be handled when all logged-on Operators (agents) are handling calls with higher priority or their status is in Not Ready.

If you notice that Parked calls are not handled, verify that you have enough agents available to handle the queued Parked calls.
